BETHLEHEM, PA. (September 26, 2017) – Peoples Security Bank & Trust has announced seven new hires and promotions in their Lehigh Valley locations (2151 Emrick Boulevard, Bethlehem, PA 18020 and 2355 City Line Road, Bethlehem, PA 18017) as part of an ongoing commitment to growing their presence in the region.
Jeffrey A. Drobins – Senior Vice President, Lehigh Valley Commercial Division Manager
Drobins is responsible for overseeing Peoples Security Bank’s growth strategy throughout the Lehigh Valley footprint and the management of Peoples Security Bank’s commercial lending group in the Lehigh Valley. He reports to Neal Koplin, Executive Vice President and Region President for the Lehigh Valley and Delaware Valley.
Drobins has been with Peoples Security Bank since September of 2014 when the institution entered the Lehigh Valley market. Prior to joining Peoples Security Bank, he worked in various positions within the Commercial Real Estate division of BB&T. Drobins is actively involved in the Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Khristopher Gefroh – Vice President, Commercial Lending
Gefroh is responsible for developing and maintaining commercial and industrial relationships throughout the Lehigh Valley region through lending, deposits and cash management solutions. He reports to Jeffrey Drobins, Senior Vice President, Lehigh Valley Commercial Division Manager.
Gefroh brings almost 20 years of financial services experience to Peoples Security Bank, most recently as a Commercial Loan Relationship Manager at National Penn Bancshares. He has contributed to Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Lehigh Valley in various roles over the past six years, he currently serves as Board Chairman.
Danielle R. Kulnis – Vice President, Private Banking
Kulnis develops and maintains commercial and consumer banking relationships with professionals and high net-worth individuals throughout the Lehigh Valley. She reports to Neal Koplin, Executive Vice President and Region President for the Lehigh Valley and Delaware Valley.
Kulnis previously worked for BBT/National Penn for the last 12 years in various wealth lending, private banking, and wealth management roles. She is the board president for the Lehigh Valley Arts Council for seven years, volunteers with Society of the Arts (SOTA) and Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania.
Jane Amato – Vice President, Commercial Lending
Amato will build and sustain commercial banking relationships, providing clients with business solutions to help them grow and manage their business. She reports to Jeffrey Drobins, Senior Vice President, Lehigh Valley Commercial Division Manager.
Amato formerly served as the Vice President of Small Business at BB&T, bringing nearly 20 years of retail and commercial banking experience to Peoples Security Bank. She is actively involved with the American Cancer Society Pink Party Chair and Good Shepard Gala Committee. She is also an East Allen Township Soccer League volunteer.
Gary E. Maurer – Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer
Maurer focuses on new business development with commercial and industrial clients. He reports to Jeffrey Drobins, Senior Vice President, Lehigh Valley Commercial Division Manager.
Maurer has 35 years of banking industry experience, and most recently served as Senior Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer for 15 years at Lafayette Ambassador Bank in the Lehigh Valley. He is the former treasurer for Bethlehem Rotary Club and Historic Bethlehem Sites and Museums.
Stephen M. Perun – Assistant Vice President, Commercial Lending
Perun oversees the development and management of new and existing commercial relationships with professionals throughout the Lehigh Valley. He reports to Jeffrey Drobins, Senior Vice President, Lehigh Valley Commercial Division Manager.
Perun previously worked as a Portfolio Manager for Peoples Security Bank’s Commercial Lending Department. He is involved with the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce and sits on the Board of Directors for the Chamber’s Young Professionals Council.
Edna Lewis – Assistant Branch Manager
Lewis manages two personal banking officers, ensuring all operational tasks and customer transactions are completed. She reports to Leigh Selden, Commercial Services Officer at Peoples Security Bank.
Lewis comes to Peoples Security Bank with 17 years of financial experience, with her most recent role as Assistant Manager at Baker Federal Credit Union and Provident Bank. She has been a member of the Washington Rotary Club & Women’s Leadership Committee of Warren County. Lewis has also volunteered for the American Cancer Society and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Warren and Lehigh County.
