It was standing room only tonight for the Broken Arrow show at the Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks. Neil Young fans filled the entire lawn in front of the outdoor stage, spilled onto the sidewalk, and filled the patio in front of Musikfest Cafe! Broken Arrow is a Philadelphia-based Neil Young tribute band that grew up listening and singing to Neil Young’s music. The lead singer Joe Mass has mastered Neil Young’s vocals and the band delivers on all of the classics for their fans.
