Brodheadsville, PA – We are excited to introduce the newest member of the MHK Attorneys team, Attorney Marshall Merwine Hanyon. Marshall joins us as an Associate Attorney, bringing a strong background in Family Law, Personal Injury, and Real Estate Services.

Prior to joining MHK Attorneys, Marshall worked as a Litigator for a prominent New England insurance defense firm. He is admitted to practice law in both Connecticut and Pennsylvania, allowing him to serve clients with a broad legal perspective.

A Pocono Mountains native, Marshall is a proud graduate of Moravian Academy and earned his undergraduate degree from Muhlenberg College (B.S., 2019), where he competed on the baseball and soccer teams while majoring in Neuroscience. He later graduated Summa Cum Laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law (J.D., 2023), earning recognition for outstanding legal scholarship and academic excellence. He also gained invaluable experience interning with the United States Department of Justice.

In addition to his legal practice, Marshall is actively involved in the Monroe County Court of Common Pleas Young Lawyers Division, Bench Bar Committee, and Children’s Advocacy Committee.
