In addition, this year’s Farewell to Summer festival will feature tons of activities for the whole family to enjoy like: free face painting, a tie-dye station in partnership with Better Homes and Garden Real Estate, rock painting, a permanent jewelry station, and arts and crafts stations, just to name a few. Along with live music from Wicked Alibi that will keep the energy high and the atmosphere lively.

When asked about supporting this event as our Entertainment Sponsor, Robert Burkholder President of Burkholder’s Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. stated, “We’re excited to team up with the Emmaus Main Street Partners for this awesome event. Our company has been a part of the Emmaus community for a long time, and it’s great to see everyone come together at events like this. We’re proud to support the Chamber in fostering community and enhancing the local experience in Emmaus.”

The beloved Scarecrow Trail, presented by B&B Custom Pools, will be returning again this year as a highlight of this festival but with a few enhancements!  New this year, the trail will run for 10 days starting Saturday, September 14th to Wednesday, September 25th, rather than just the day of the festival AND each participant who completes the entire trail will receive chances to win a grand prize pack including tickets to the Crayola Experience and the new DaVinci Science Center, gift cards to Lehigh Valley Sports Turf and Grandpa’s Joes, and other prizes from local businesses!

Kids shouldn’t get to have all the fun so each parent or adult that completes the trail will have the chance to win a prize pack of their own including gifts from Lehigh Valley Phantoms, Easton Wine Project, Yergey Brewing and more! Kids (and kids at heart), get ready for some creative fun! “We are thrilled to support this event once again. Having started 27 years ago, our flagship school in Emmaus has always been at the heart of our community. Our Emmaus Karate and Tai Chi students are wonderful individuals and a cherished part of our Lehigh Valley Martial Arts family. It is truly an honor to be actively involved in such a meaningful local event!” said Samantha Layne, Business Manager, Program Director, and Events Coordinator at Lehigh Valley Martial Arts when asked about contributing to the Farewell to Summer Festival as our Presenting Sponsor.
