The Northampton County Office of Elections and Voter Registration will be conducting over 25 mandatory training classes for each of the approximately 800 poll workers in Northampton County for 2024. This training is required for all Judges of Election, Majority and Minority Inspectors, Machine Operators, and Clerks. The training will be held over three weeks in March for Judges and Machine Operators and will continue for an additional week in April for Inspectors and Clerks.

Each role will be given a two-hour intensive training module for their job specific duties. Poll workers are compensated for their training time in addition to their Election Day compensation. 

Training for Judges of Election: March 4 – March 21, 2024

Training for Machine Operators: March 4 – March 21, 2024

Training for Inspectors & Clerks: April 3 – April 10, 2024
