A Pinch of Sugar Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting Ceremony October 3rd, 2023 | 5-6 PM | 5:30 PM Ribbon Cutting

Join the Nazareth Area Chamber of Commerce, proud partner of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, as we celebrate the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for A Pinch of Sugar in Nazareth, PA!

The grand opening and ribbon cutting will take place on October 3rd from 5-6 PM, with a 5:30 PM ceremonial cutting of the ribbon. This event is free and open to the public, and all are welcome to attend. There will be a prize wheel, discounts, coffee, cupcakes, and more!

“Nazareth just got a bit sweeter, as A Pinch of Sugar opens their doors in our community,” said Jessica O’Donnell-Gower, EVP of Affiliated Chambers and liaison to the Nazareth Area Chamber. “We are excited to welcome and make it official with a ribbon cutting ceremony for A Pinch of Sugar! We wish them many years of success!”

A Pinch of Sugar was started by siblings–in-law Kelley Hunsicker and Michael Poyer. For years they have talked about combining their talents and opening a brick-and-mortar. With the support of their spouses, children, and parents – along with many other family, friends and their community, they decided to make their dream a reality. The dream of offering everyone their made from scratch creations that they have shared with their loved ones for many years is finally coming true.

“We want to be the place you celebrate your life milestones – getting a wedding cake, then treats for your baby shower, and being on the table at the graduation party! We cannot wait to be part of your everyday routine with coffee and a sandwich start your day off right.” said Kelly Hunsicker, owner of the newly opened establishment. The location, 14 South Main Street, Nazareth, is walkable and centrally located in the historic downtown district; the building has been renovated to reflect the new business flavor and to encourage a warm community space to enjoy a coffee and baked good.

“We cannot wait to welcome A Pinch of Sugar to downtown Nazareth!” said Kate Hartney, Coordinator and liaison to the Nazareth Area Chamber. “A welcoming and sweet place for a morning pick-me-up or a special occasion treat to share with family and friends, A Pinch of Sugar will thrive in our downtown and strengthen the food and beverage scene in Nazareth’s historic downtown!”
