Drivers are needed to transport families from congregations to a day center at 6 a.m. each day and then back to their congregations at 6:00 p.m. for Family Promise of Lehigh Valley clients. The vehicle is a 14-passenger van, and no special license is required. Congregations are all within 30 minutes of the Day Center located at 1346 W. Hamilton Street, Allentown. India Heritage Day is a one-day celebration of multi-cultural art, music, food, and fashion and will be held at the Allentown Arts Park on 5th Street on September 3. Hosted by Saara Arts, volunteers are needed for a variety of tasks including set up and tear down, food service, trash attendants, and floaters.
