In 1973, Richard Reppert, Sr. started his namesake company, R. L. Reppert, with only 4 part-time employees. Their focus at that time was drywall hanging and finishing of residential properties but as the company continued to expand their size and reputation, they began to complete other aspects of the walls and ceilings industry. Richard guided the company’s successful growth from a small company operating out of his home, to the company employing in excess of 100 field personnel during peak times, and including much more trades performed by the growing company.

Through-out the history of the company, R. L. Reppert continued to grow and take on projects larger and larger all while providing the quality and service their customers expected from the company.
