Shawnee on Delaware, PA – November 16, 2022 – TCB Promotions proudly adds Elizabeth Streczyk and Natalie Irula to the company. TCB’s new growth lends an opportunity to add skilled members to the team.

Elizabeth joins TCB Promotions as a Sales Assistant aiding in all sales and fulfillment efforts.

Elizabeth resides in the Poconos for the past twelve years. During this time, she has worked for multiple small businesses and volunteered in the community. Before joining the promotional products industry, Elizabeth was involved in the mental/behavioral health fields as an Intake Coordinator, Program Coordinator, and Behavioral Health Technician.

In her downtime, she loves being out in nature, going to live shows, and being creative in all forms. Elizabeth is excited about her path into the promotional products industry, its connection to the local community, and what the future holds.

Natalie Irula is joining TCB Promotions as a Marketing Assistant. This role will expand on the marketing initiatives of TCB.

Natalie recently graduated with honors from East Stroudsburg University with a bachelor’s degree in English, a concentration in Creative Writing, and a minor in Philosophy. She most recently held the position of Editor-in-Chief of the student newspaper, The Stroud Courier.  Natalie has a passion for all things art & design.

Natalie shares, “I am so excited to jumpstart my career in marketing, learning from all the incredibly talented women here at TCB Promotions! As a Latinx, queer woman of color, I am a fierce diversity & inclusion advocate and subsequently so proud to be working for a certified women-owned business who values the same things I do This position is a dream come true for me.”
