The Sabor Latin Festival at SteelStacks was a blast. It’s a free-admission family friendly event. It was such a beautiful day on Saturday so, I decided to check out the Sabor Latin Festival with a few friends. On Friday, a friend of mine and I wound up at ArtsQuest because they play The Rocky Horror Picture Show at the Frank Banko Alehouse Cinema, the last Friday of every month with a live shadow cast. They celebrated Pride on Friday at Rocky Horror and the Sabor Latin Festival was still going. 

People were coming and going, and dancing, drinking, singing, and having fun. The Sabor Latin Festival is beautiful. It celebrates Latin heritage, and Hispanic culture. 

On Friday, Latina FM, Nexo, the Improv Mash Up: Chucho and Synced Up, and Herencia Jibara all performed.

Saturday included the flag raising ceremony, all of the flags adorned the platform looking over ArtsQuest. Los Pleneros de USA, PA Mambo Orquesta, Charlie Cruz performed at Musikfest Café, Churcho Improv Team, the AMAZING Hector Rosado y su OrqHache performed at Levitt Pavillion, and the crowd was in love. Pancho Bongo y su Orquesta performed. 

Sunday, they closed with the Mariachi Mass by Holy Infancy Catholic Church at Musikfest Café.
