Auditions will take place on Tuesday, August 31, 2021

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – ArtsQuest is looking for actors to be a part of the fun and excitement of its eleventh-annual Oktoberfest celebration Oct. 1-3 and 8-10 at the SteelStacks in Bethlehem. Actors will portray characters typically seen at a German Oktoberfest, complete with authentic German attire, and interact with festival guests while in character.

Oktoberfest auditions will take place Tuesday, August 31 from 7 – 9 p.m. in the Fowler Blast Furnace Room on the second floor of the ArtsQuest Center, 101 Founders Way, Bethlehem, Pa. Interested individuals do not need to prepare, as auditions will be primarily improv-based. Ability to perform with a realistic German accent is encouraged, but not required. All actors will be paid for their appearances at Oktoberfest.

To register to audition, please email Cinema/Comedy Coordinator Addyson Young at ayoung@artsquest.org. The email should include an attached resume and headshot, and your preferred audition time (7, 7:30, 8, or 8:30). Auditions will last approximately 15-30 minutes; no virtual auditions will be accepted.
