NAI Summit, a premier full service commercial and industrial real estate firm, is excited to celebrate Chris Schmeltzle for his 40 year anniversary with us! Chris joined us with an extensive skill set in contracting, project management, electrical, HVAC systems, and more. As Senior Maintenance Technician, Chris has been a key member of our Building Services Department supervising all technicians and ensuring quality work across the board. When asked what Chris has enjoyed most during his four decades with NAI Summit he responded, “It’s a true family place where you’re more than just a number. Ownership and your colleagues truly do care about you and your work. Being a part of a team with shared goals and dedication has been very beneficial in my role as well.”
Another long term anniversary we are celebrating is a decade with Mike Adams! Mike Adams, Senior Vice President, serves as the Broker of Record for NAI Summit and has become one of the most accomplished industrial brokers in the Lehigh Valley, PA. Mike joined NAI Summit after managing a local real estate firm for over 20 years. His expertise and knowledge has been extremely beneficial to our brokerage team and organization as a whole. Mike earned his Bachelors in Economics and currently sits on various boards throughout the community including Tristate Board of Realtors Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce. Mike Adam shares, “I came to NAI Summit in 2011 based on its reputation of the company and its leaders John Crampsie and Frank Smith. The resources and support I have received from my colleagues over the last 10 years has helped me grow my business and ability to service my clients during that time.
