February 23, 2021, Allentown, PA – Effective today, with a majority vote of the ASD Foundation Board of Directors, Angela Nolan has been named vice president of the Allentown School District Foundation. She replaces Anthony M. Muir, Esq., who has held the position for at least two terms. “The vice president serves as a backup to the president of the Foundation and provides support in the development of this non-profit,” says Dan Bosket, ASDF president. “Angela’s commitment to the children of Allentown is evident in the support she and her firm, Vistacom, have shown since she joined the board in 2019.”

Angela Nolan is the Chief Operating Officer of Vistacom, Inc., located in Allentown. She actively engages with the community as a volunteer with PSNI, AVIXA Women’s Council, Women’s 5K Breast Cancer Awareness Run, American Red Cross of Eastern Pennsylvania and Lehigh Valley Health Network Presidents’ Society. Additionally, Angela served as secretary/treasurer for the PSNI Global Alliance Board of Directors. She brings technical skills from working with communications technology and entrepreneurial, leadership, and money management experience to the Foundation, where she will be able to contribute to efforts to support programs that improve the education of young people in Allentown. Angela last year arranged a MacBook donation and a tour of Vistacom facilities for Raub Middle School students and Vistacom is an EITC partner and sponsor of the ASDF’s annual gala.
