Pop-up “chicken kitchen” available through curbside-pickup or Door Dash delivery
BETHLEHEM, PA– Offering savory sandwiches, biscuits, desserts, and more for curbside-pickup and Door Dash delivery, the brand-new Christmas City Cluckery at the ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks – 101 Founder’s Way in Bethlehem – has been extended at least through the end of January.
Developed by ArtsQuest and their culinary partner Levy Restaurants, this pop-up kitchen offers chicken dishes with a southern flair as well as a safe and tasty opportunity for patrons to continue to support ArtsQuest through the pandemic. Patrons can place their order through the SteelStacks website – https://www.steelstacks.org/
The Cluckery will be open for the following dates/times:
- Friday, 1/8: 4-8pm
- Saturday, 1/9: 4-8pm
- Sunday, 1/10: 1-5pm
- Friday, 1/15: 4-8pm
- Saturday, 1/16: 4-8pm
- Sunday, 1/17: 1-5pm
- Friday, 1/22: 4-8pm
- Saturday, 1/23: 4-8pm
- Sunday, 1/24: 1-5pm
- Friday, 1/29: 4-8pm
- Saturday 1/30: 4-8pm
- Sunday 1/31: 1-5pm
The full menu is included with this release. Highlights include the Southern Fried Chicken Tender Sandwich, served on a brioche bun with pickles and horseradish honey mustard; a Southern Fried Chicken Finger Basket that comes with fries, a buttermilk biscuit and a choice from three dipping sauces; and a Maple Brown Sugar Bread Pudding with caramel sauce.
