Offering 4 delicious chilis, 2 refreshing beer pairings, live music and Q&A 

ArtsQuest is hosting the all-new Christmas City Chili Tasting in the Musikfest Café on Dec. 5, 2020 at 12 p.m. The 2-hour tasting event will feature four different delicious chilis complimented by two refreshing beer pairings. The event will also feature live music by Carter Lansing and a special chili Q&A with the Levy Culinary Team.

Below is the full Chili Tasting Menu: 

Course 1:

Alaskan Seafood Chili

Shrimp, Crab and Clam Chili served with a Cheddar Biscuit

Paired with a refreshing pint of Yuengling Flight 

Course 2:

Chicken and Hominy Chili Verde

Topped with Shaved Radishes, Scallions

Served over Grilled Masa Cakes 

Course 3:

Texas Heat

Braised Chuck in a Rich Chipotle Mole topped with Smoked Cheddar, Sour Cream, Green chilis and Corn Bread Croutons

Paired with your choice of Yuengling Hershey’s Porter or Deschutes Jubelale

Course 4:

Dessert Chili

Raspberry Panna Cotta, Black Tapioca Pearls, Toasted PEEPS® 

Guest will be able to order pints of the Chicken Hominy Chili Verde and Texas Heat chilis to go, if they wish.

Doors open at noon and chili will be served at approximately 12:15 p.m. Guests must reserve a table for 2 or 4 guests. 2 person tables for ArtsQuest members are $85 and $95 for the public and 4 person tables are $170 for ArtsQuest members and $190 for the public.
