The suite provides a private entrance and ample area amenities in high residential area. ChainBytes is a bitcoin ATM and blockchain solutions provider, working on making the process of buying and selling cryptocurrencies easy and secure.

Mark Magasich of NAI Summit represented the landlord in a lease transaction with Ripe Inc DBA Easton Wine Project, for 1,200 SF industrial/flex space at 15 Rose St in Easton, PA. Easton Wine Project is situated in the cityscape of Easton, PA, defining it as an urban winery because it’s wines are produced on-site in a city, rather than in the traditional rural vineyard environment. They plan to use this space to storage of wine and equipment.
