BETHLEHEM, PA – Thursday, January 7, 2025 — The Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce will host an Open House & Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Anwari Counseling Services on Thursday, January 9, 2025. The open house will run from 10 a.m. to noon and the ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at 11 a.m. sharp. Members of the media are invited to attend.

Anwari Counseling Services LLC is located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and offers mental health services to individuals in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida. Anwari Counseling services is committed to delivering high- quality professional care, and prioritizes the well-being of all clients.

Dr. Adila Cosgrove is the founder of Anwari Counseling Services LLC. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, licensed in the states of NJ and PA, and a telehealth provider in the state of Florida. With Certifications in Trauma-Focused CBT and EMDR therapy. She has a wealth of experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings, helping individuals successfully transition back to an independent life.

Dr. Adila Cosgrove’s extensive background includes experience in the emergency department completing psychiatric evaluations, equipping her with the ability to address critical mental health needs. Her therapeutic approach encompasses a comprehensive range of methods and techniques, from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She employs EMDR to address issues related to anxiety, loss, grief, and trauma, providing a well-rounded and effective approach to emotional healing. For two years, she also served as a family-based therapist, guiding families toward healing and reconnection through culturally sensitive interventions.
