Christmas in Nazareth: Two Days of Celebration includes Elf Trail & Shop Local Initiatives in Nazareth, PA



The Nazareth Area Chamber of Commerce, a proud partner of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, is thrilled to present Christmas in Nazareth – a two-day celebration set to enchant the community with holiday cheer. Taking place on Friday December 13th, and Saturday, December 14th, this event promises an unforgettable experience for families and friends.

On Friday evening at 7 pm in the heart of Nazareth at the Center Circle, the festivities commence with a magical tree lighting ceremony; a lively celebration, including a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus, a live performance by All Things Brielle, the Nazareth Area School District Choir, the Funk Nuggets, and greetings from local officials.

“The holiday spirit is alive in Nazareth, and we’re excited to bring that energy to a fun-filled two-day event that will unite the community,” says Elyse Cuttic, Manager of Affiliated Chambers for the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce.

Then, on Saturday, December 14th, it’s time to shop locally in Nazareth with Christmas in Nazareth! Running from 10 AM – 3 PM, the event is a borough-wide initiative that highlights multiple community partners and plenty of family-friendly activities. Featuring live performances by Nazareth School District groups, an ice carving demonstration, live reindeer, and a vendor market in the River Crossing YMCA parking lot and on S Main Street, as well as a shuttle service sponsored by Easton Coach Company, there is something for everyone to enjoy. “We’re thrilled to partner with Truist and Keystone Financial Management to bring the Elf Trail to Downtown Nazareth,” said Jessica O’Donnell-Gower, Executive Vice President of Affiliated Chambers for the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce. “Each participating business will hide an elf for attendees to find, and we hope this fun activity encourages everyone to shop locally and support small businesses with exclusive deals and specials.”

Business offer different activities, deals or incentives for participants to partake in; Elf Trail passports are free and available at any of the Elf Trail participating businesses or at the Chamber Booth at both the Tree Lighting on December 13th and in Vendor Area (S Main Street and YMCA lot) on December 14th. The Elf Trail will run from 11:30am to 3pm. Completed passports can be dropped off at the mail slot on the Nazareth Chamber Office located at 18 S Main Street.
