DAT Duty Officers receive notification from clients and agencies requesting assistance during a fire, flood, or other disaster, and then deploy the most appropriate resources to support those efforts. A one-acre garden, called the Easton Urban Farm, supplies fresh produce, as well as flowers, each summer to underserved neighborhoods. Three times a week, we rely on volunteers to prepare rows, plant, weed, compost, water, pick and bundle and transport veggies to food pantries and senior centers in Easton.
