BETHLEHEM, PA — <\/b>The Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Arts (Charter Arts) Theatre Department presents its first production of the year, Waiting for Godot<\/i><\/b> by Samuel Beckett, October 20-22, 2017<\/span><\/span> in the Charter Arts Theatre, located on the school’s campus at 321 East 3rd Street, Bethlehem<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0 The English translation of this absurdist play premiered in London in 1955, and in a poll conducted by the Royal National Theatre, was deemed ‘the most significant English language play of the twentieth century.’<\/p>\n

This production is beautifully directed by Christopher Morris, a theatre faculty member at the school.\u00a0 The cast includes: Dylan Gombos (Vladimir), Maxwell Vermillion (Estragon), Josiah Rendon (Pozzo), Gavin Ronald (Lucky), and Aaron Finkle (The Boy).<\/p>\n

Evening performances — October 20 & 21<\/span><\/span> at 7pm<\/span><\/span>.\u00a0 Matinee performance– October 22 at 2pm<\/span><\/span>. Tickets range from $8-$13 and can be purchased online at www.CharterArts.org<\/a> or at the door.<\/div>\n

ABOUT THE LEHIGH VALLEY CHARTER HIGH SCHOOL FOR THE ARTS (CHARTER ARTS):<\/b><\/u><\/p>\n
