However, the humidity has returned and cooking inside or out can be a tough at times. Ripe tomatoes are trickling in here and there from a few local farms. I found some this week from The Good Farm in Germansville. You can also find The Good Farm products at Crooked Row Farm Stand in Orefield. Red &amp; Orange tomatoes jumped out to me as I was looking over the local produce. Lay half leaf of lettuce on 1 bread slice, top with 2 slices of tomatoes, add salt &amp; pepper, then top with 3 slices of bacon and toast.
