\n<\/b>Allentown, PA (3\/30\/17)\u00a0<\/strong>– A unique art auction never before seen in the Lehigh Valley will raise funds to benefit the programs and services of Valley Youth House. The “Chair-ity” Art Auction, sponsored by Corporate Environments of Bethlehem, will feature an iconic office chair transformed into stunning works of art by interior designers and architects of area architectural firms.The “Chair-ity” Art Auction is scheduled for Wednesday, April 26<\/span><\/span>, from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.<\/span><\/span> in the Corporate Environments showroom, located at 605 East Broad St. In addition to the 21 chairs that will be auctioned, several other event\/experiences will be auctioned, including two tickets to the Pitt vs. Penn State football game at Beaver Stadium on Sept. 9<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The event is open to the public, but seating is limited to the first 200 attendees. A donation of $20 per person is requested with advanced reservations. Tickets will not be sold at the door. Interior designers and architects are extremely creative people, designing true pieces of art out of a chair. We wanted to organize a similar event in the Lehigh Valley with the proceeds going to a charity.
