They are in transit and will start arriving in voter mailboxes early next week. Additional ballots will be mailed on a rolling basis as applications are processed. Voters who have requested mail-in ballots should begin receiving them in the coming days. Ballots may arrive on different days depending on mail delivery.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDemocracy works best when people have the information they need to participate with confidence,\u201d said Lehigh County Executive Josh Siegel. \u201cOur job is to make sure voters know how, when and where they can cast their ballot and understand that their vote will be handled securely and accurately. Whether you vote by mail or in person, we want every eligible voter to have the information they need to participate.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Pennsylvania voters who wish to vote by mail can apply online through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pavoterservices.pa.gov\/OnlineAbsenteeApplication\/#\/OnlineAbsenteeBegin\">Pennsylvania Department of State&#8217;s mail-in ballot application portal<\/a> or by submitting a paper application to the Lehigh County Voter Registration Office. The deadline to apply for a mail-in or absentee ballot is October 27, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur election staff has been working to prepare, process and securely deliver ballots to voters across Lehigh County,\u201d said Mike Paston, Election Director for Lehigh County. \u201cWe want voters to know what to expect and where to turn if they have questions about their ballot or the voting process. Providing clear, accurate information is an important part of ensuring the public has confidence that their vote will be counted.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Request &amp; Track a Mail-In Ballot<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Online Request: Voters can apply for a mail-in ballot through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pavoterservices.pa.gov\/OnlineAbsenteeApplication\/#\/OnlineAbsenteeBegin\">Pennsylvania Department of State&#8217;s online application portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Paper Request: Printable applications and additional information are available through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lehighcounty.org\/Departments\/Voter-Registration\">Lehigh County Voter Registration Office.<\/a>\u00a0 Voters may also apply in person at the Voter Registration Office.<\/p>\n<p>Ballot Tracking: Voters can track the status of their mail-in ballot application and ballot through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pavoterservices.pa.gov\/pages\/ballottracking.aspx\">Pennsylvania Department of State&#8217;s ballot tracking portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The deadline to register to vote in the upcoming election is October 19, 2026. Eligible residents can register online through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pa.gov\/services\/vote\/register-to-vote\">Pennsylvania Department of State<\/a>, in person at the Lehigh County Voter Registration Office or by mailing a completed application to the Lehigh County Voter Registration office at the address below:<\/p>\n<p>Lehigh County Voter Registration Office<\/p>\n<p>Lehigh County Government Center<\/p>\n<p>17 S.
