Cohen serves as Gross McGinley\u2019s Deputy Managing Partner and is Co-Chair of the firm\u2019s Litigation Practice Group. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, employment litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and business disputes. He represents individuals, small businesses, large corporations, and municipalities, helping clients pursue practical and creative solutions to complex legal challenges.<\/p>\n<p>In his firm leadership role, Sam helps guide Gross McGinley\u2019s strategic direction and oversees the firm\u2019s Operations Committee, including initiatives involving the firm\u2019s IT, Facilities, and Marketing departments. He is also Solicitor for Lehigh County.<\/p>\n<p>Kellie Rahl-Heffner, Chair of the Family Law Practice Group, is known for her compassionate yet tenacious advocacy. Inspired by the words of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, \u201cFight the fight that you care about. But do it in a way that will lead others to join you,\u201d she leads by example, sparking passion in those around her. Invested in the community she calls home, Kellie serves as Chair of the Allentown Chamber Executive Board, sits on the Greater Allentown Board of Governors, and is Board Chair for Lehigh Valley Habitat for Humanity.
