Lifestyle Shopping Destination marks two decades with 20 Days of Deals, giveaways and a special anniversary celebration

CENTER VALLEY, Pa. – Promenade Saucon Valley is celebrating a major milestone this October as the open-air lifestyle center marks its 20th anniversary. Since opening in 2006, the Promenade has grown and evolved alongside the Lehigh Valley, welcoming millions of visitors for shopping, dining, entertainment, community events and memorable moments over the past two decades.

To commemorate 20 years, Promenade Saucon Valley is celebrating throughout October with 20 Days of Deals, October 1–20, featuring exclusive promotions and special offers from participating retailers and restaurants. The anniversary celebration will culminate during the center’s annual Barktoberfest on Saturday, October 17, with giveaways, anniversary activities and a special recognition ceremony at 2 p.m. in partnership with Southern Lehigh Chamber of Commerce.

“For 20 years, Promenade Saucon Valley has been more than a place to shop and dine. It has been a gathering place for our community,” said Patrick Turner, general manager of Promenade Saucon Valley. “We’re incredibly grateful to the guests, tenants, employees and community partners who have been part of the Promenade’s story, whether they’ve been with us since opening day or discovered us more recently. This anniversary gives us an opportunity to celebrate those memories while also looking forward to the center’s next chapter.”

During Barktoberfest, guests can take a Walk Down Memory Lane, featuring photographs highlighting the Promenade’s history and evolution over the past two decades, from its construction and grand opening to holiday traditions, community events and changes throughout the property.

Several businesses that opened with the center in 2006 remain part of Promenade Saucon Valley today, while the property has continued to welcome new retailers, restaurants and services over the years. Most recently, the center welcomed several new businesses in 2026, including Sephora, Norman’s Hallmark and Wonder, with two additional tenant announcements expected soon as the Promenade continues to evolve as a shopping, dining and entertainment destination.

The anniversary celebration will also include $2,000 in giveaways, with 10 guests winning a $200 gift card to the Promenade retailer, restaurant or service provider of their choice. Guests will also have the opportunity to receive a limited-edition 20th Anniversary tote bag as a gift with purchase during Barktoberfest, while supplies last.

Throughout October, participating businesses are joining the celebration with anniversary promotions as part of 20 Days of Deals, giving guests even more reasons to revisit longtime favorites and discover something new.
