BLUE MOUNTAIN RESORT ANNOUNCES FALL LINEUP OF FESTIVALS, LIVE MUSIC AND HALLOWEEN EVENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

PALMERTON, Penn. \u2013 Blue Mountain Resort<\/a> welcomes fall with a lineup of festivals, live music, family activities and Halloween events throughout September and October. The season begins with Paws & Pints on September 20 and continues with Oktoberfest, Foliage Fest and a Coffee Festival, before culminating with after-dark Fright Time Zip & Climb sessions and the 21-and-older Monster Ball Bash on Halloween. Scenic Lift Rides available every Saturday and Sunday through November 1.<\/p>\n

Located along the Kittatinny Ridge in the Pocono Mountains, Blue Mountain Resort offers scenic views of the surrounding fall foliage, along with a range of seasonal activities and events.<\/p>\n

Paws & Pints<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Sunday, September 20, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.<\/em><\/p>\n

Blue Mountain Resort kicks off its fall event calendar with Paws & Pints, a free-admission celebration for dogs and their owners. Live music by Allentown country artist Erin Kelly will run from noon to 3 p.m., followed by a pup costume contest at 1 p.m. Trifecta Kennels of Gilbert, Pennsylvania, will also present canine agility demonstrations.<\/p>\n

Admission is free. Scenic chairlift rides are available for $15 when purchased online or $18 at the door.<\/em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Oktoberfest<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Saturday, September 26 and Sunday, September 27, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.<\/em><\/p>\n

Blue Mountain Resort\u2019s annual Oktoberfest will feature authentic German food, traditional dancers, craft vendors, stein-hoisting and keg-rolling competitions, and a kids zone. Guests 21 and older can visit the Biergarten. Live music will be performed by Joe Stanky on Saturday and John Stevens Doubleshot on Sunday, with both performances scheduled from noon to 3 p.m.<\/p>\n

Admission is free. Scenic chairlift rides are available for an additional fee.<\/em><\/p>\n

Foliage Fest<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Every Saturday & Sunday in October, from 11a.m. to 4 p.m.<\/em><\/p>\n

Fall foliage takes center stage during Foliage Fest, held each October weekend at Blue Mountain Resort. The event features live music from noon to 3 p.m., fall games in the Summit Courtyard, food and drink specials, a pumpkin patch with pumpkin carving, and scenic chairlift rides offering views of the Pocono Mountains.<\/p>\n

Admission is free. Scenic chairlift rides are available for an additional fee.<\/em><\/p>\n

Coffee Festival<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Saturday, October 17, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.<\/em><\/p>\n

Coffee lovers can sample offerings from local coffee shops during Blue Mountain Resort\u2019s Coffee Festival at the Adventure Center. Coffee Brew Passes include access to participating sampling locations, with guests invited to vote for their favorites in the Best Seasonal, Best Iced and Best Hot Coffee categories. The Wonton Soups will provide live music from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Craft vendors, food and pastries will also be available for purchase. Scenic chairlift rides will operate from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for Brew & View Combo ticket holders.<\/p>\n

Brew Passes are $12 per person and include admission and a sampling passport. Brew & View Combo Passes are $22 and include admission, coffee sampling and one scenic chairlift ride. Tickets may be purchased <\/em>online<\/em><\/a>.<\/em>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fright Time Zip & Climb<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

October 17, 24, and 31; Session start times at 6:30, 7 and 7:30 p.m.<\/em><\/p>\n

Blue Mountain Resort will transform its Summit Adventure Park into an after-dark Halloween experience during three Fright Time Zip & Climb evenings. The 2\u00bd-hour sessions take participants through the resort\u2019s high ropes courses and zip lines after dark, with Halloween d\u00e9cor, glowing lights and fog adding to the atmosphere.<\/p>\n

Tickets are $40 per person and may be purchased <\/em>online<\/em><\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n

Trunk-or-Treat<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Wednesday, October 28 from 6 to 8 p.m.<\/em><\/p>\n

Families can enjoy a festive evening of decorated vehicles, trick-or-treating and prizes for the Spookiest, Most Creative and Best Overall trunks. Guests and local businesses are invited to participate by decorating a trunk and handing out candy. Following the event, kids eat free at Slopeside Pub & Grill with the purchase of an adult entr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Monster Ball Bash<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Saturday, October 31, from 9 p.m. to Midnight<\/em><\/p>\n

Halloween concludes with the 21-and-older Monster Ball Bash at Slopeside Pub & Grill. The event will feature live music from Pennsylvania five-piece band Toolshed Jack, along with a costume contest beginning at 10 p.m. Prizes will be awarded for the scariest, most original and best couple costumes.<\/p>\n
