SLATINGTON, PA <\/strong>\u2013 One of the Lehigh Valley’s most beloved annual events is taking flight under a new name. The event formerly known as the Lehigh Valley Spooktacular Balloon Festival <\/strong>will return as the Lehigh Valley Balloon Fest<\/strong>, taking place August 28\u201329, 2026<\/strong>, at Slatington Airport<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

While the festival’s name and dates have changed, guests can still expect the same breathtaking hot air balloons, balloon rides, launches, special shape balloons, evening balloon glows, spectacular Laser Light Show, explosive fireworks finales each night, food vendors, local artisans, rides, bounce houses, and family friendly entertainment that have made the event a regional tradition for the past seven years.<\/p>\n

The move to late August marks an exciting new chapter for the festival, offering families and balloon enthusiasts a chance to celebrate the end of summer with a weekend filled with colorful balloons, unforgettable evening entertainment, and fun for all ages.<\/p>\n
