TREXLERTOWN, Pa.<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 Rising star\u00a0Mia Deye (Star Track)<\/strong>\u00a0delivered a dominant performance Friday night at the Valley Preferred Cycling Center, claiming the overall omnium title at the\u00a0Nicole Reinhart Women\u2019s Classic<\/strong>, one of the marquee events of the Friday Nights Under the Lights season.<\/p>\n

Deye showcased her versatility throughout the evening, winning the women\u2019s sprint final over\u00a0Caitlin Kelly (G-Force Performance)<\/strong>\u00a0before capping off the night with victory in the 25-lap Preme Race.\u00a0Colleen Gulick (Team Skyline)<\/strong>\u00a0earned silver in the final event, while hometown favorite\u00a0Reagen Pattishall (Turbo Velo Pickle Juice)<\/strong>\u00a0took bronze.<\/p>\n

The evening honored the legacy of Nicole Reinhart, one of America\u2019s most accomplished female cyclists and a beloved member of the T-Town community.<\/p>\n

\u201cNicole Reinhart embodied everything that makes our sport special\u2014passion, determination, and sportsmanship,\u201d said\u00a0Gary Thornton, Executive Director of the Valley Preferred Cycling Center<\/strong>. \u201cTo see such a talented field of women competing at such a high level in her honor was truly special. Mia Deye put together an outstanding performance worthy of this event and gave fans a memorable night of racing.\u201d<\/p>\n

In the Junior Men\u2019s competition,\u00a0Hugo Eisenman (Star Track)<\/strong>\u00a0swept both Keirin finals, continuing his impressive season. Fellow Star Track rider\u00a0Lucien Bobe<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Max Williams (Edge Cycling)<\/strong>\u00a0rounded out the podium in the opening final.<\/p>\n

The men’s endurance events once again featured exciting battles among some of T-Town\u2019s top stars, while the Chariot Finals brought fans to their feet as\u00a0William Munday (Star Track UCI)<\/strong>\u00a0powered to victory over a strong Edge Cycling contingent.<\/p>\n

Friday Nights Under the Lights continues June 26 with the historic\u00a0Golden Wheel Race<\/strong>, featuring elite international competition and family entertainment beginning at 7 p.m.<\/p>\n
