The award-winning media entrepreneur led the three-day regional gathering of United Way leaders from 13 states and was a panelist at Women\u2019s Summit.<\/em><\/p>\n

BETHLEHEM, Pa. (June 16, 2026) \u2013 <\/strong>Ashley Russo, chief community and culture officer (CCO) and co-founder of Turnstone Creative<\/a>, served as emcee for the first-time United Way Northeast<\/a> Regional Conference<\/a> (NERC), held June 1\u20133 at Wind Creek Bethlehem. The event brought together more than 400 United Way professionals and volunteers from 13 states, including Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont and Virginia.<\/p>\n

Following NERC, Russo also served as a panelist at the 2026 Lehigh Valley Women\u2019s Summit<\/a>, where she shared insights during a breakout session titled \u201cLeadership Development – Built to Last: Women Leading the Future Through Succession and Strategy.\u201d Along with Fusun Bubernack, co-president of ET&T<\/a>, the two led a discussion around leadership, succession planning, and building mission-driven organizations.<\/p>\n

\u201cUnited Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley has been a part of my life and community for years,\u201d said Russo. \u201cGiving back is one of my core values, and getting to be part of this monumental event and share insights at the Women\u2019s Summit was an incredible honor.\u201d<\/p>\n

A longtime leader within United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley, Russo is a member of the Campaign Cabinet, Tocqueville Society cabinet,and the Women United Women\u2019s Leadership Council, supporting initiatives that empower women across the community.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy work with Turnstone and United Way is rooted in a belief that strong communities are built when people come together, share resources, and support one another. Both NERC and the Women\u2019s Summit are living examples of that principle in action,\u201d said Russo.<\/p>\n

At Turnstone, Russo serves as CCO, guiding the marketing and video production agency\u2019s culture, values, and entrepreneurial spirit. Prior to founding Turnstone in 2026, Russo founded the Emmy Award-winning video production agency ASR Media in 2012.<\/p>\n
