The event will take place on Friday, June 19 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with the ribbon cutting ceremony scheduled for 4:45 PM. Community members, local leaders, and business professionals are invited to attend and celebrate the opening of the development in Easton\u2019s historic Dutchtown neighborhood.<\/p>\n

Dutchtown Pointe is a newly completed mixed-use development located in Easton\u2019s historic Dutchtown neighborhood. The project includes 34 residential apartment units along with ground-floor commercial space designed to accommodate neighborhood-serving businesses and everyday community needs.<\/p>\n

The development brings new housing inventory and commercial opportunity into an established residential corridor, supporting continued investment and steady growth within the Dutchtown area.
