EASTON, PA \u2014 BOXOLOGY Boxing I Fitness I MMA, located in Downtown Historic Easton, will host Pretty. Dangerous., a women\u2019s self-defense workshop designed to help women of all ages build awareness, confidence, strategy, and real-world response skills.<\/p>\n
The workshop will focus on practical safety concepts including situational awareness, self-defense skills, safety strategy and tactics, movement under pressure, drilling, and real-world application. The event is open to members and non-members.<\/p>\n
Pretty. Dangerous. is not built around fear. It is built around preparation.<\/p>\n
\u201cWomen are often told to \u2018be safe,\u2019 but they are not always given the tools to understand what that actually means in real life,\u201d said Debra Dalrymple of Boxology. \u201cThis workshop is about helping women better understand space, pressure, instinct, movement, and response so they can move through the world with more awareness and confidence.\u201d<\/p>\n
The workshop will be led by experienced combat and defensive tactics coaches, including instructors with backgrounds in mixed martial arts, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, boxing, kickboxing, and law enforcement defensive tactics. The event will include coached instruction, hands-on drilling, real-world safety strategy, and a Q&A session.<\/p>\n
No prior experience is required. Participants do not need to be athletes, fighters, or current Boxology members.<\/p>\n
Pretty. Dangerous. is designed for women who want more than advice. It is for women who want to practice awareness, build confidence, and learn how preparation can change the way they carry themselves.<\/p>\n
