Chando, CFRE joins BSI following an accomplished leadership career with St. Luke&#8217;s University Health Network, where she most recently served in a director-level leadership role supporting strategic initiatives, executive priorities, and philanthropic growth within one of the nation\u2019s premier health systems.<\/p>\n<p>Known for driving collaboration, strengthening operational alignment, and leading complex cross-functional initiatives, Chando brings deep expertise in stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, organizational development, and executive communications. Throughout her career, she has helped advance multi-million dollar philanthropic and community-based initiatives, built high-impact partnerships, and aligned diverse teams around network-wide priorities and\u00a0long-term growth strategies.<\/p>\n<p>As Chief of Staff, she will work closely with BSI&#8217;s executive leadership team to advance enterprise strategy, strengthen operational effectiveness, enhance cross-functional coordination, and help guide the company\u2019s continued national expansion while preserving the culture and personalized approach that de\ufb01ne BSI.
