Staff will participate in specialized sessions covering topics including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Water Safety<\/li>\n<li>Park Day Activities<\/li>\n<li>Water Games<\/li>\n<li>Field Trip Procedures<\/li>\n<li>Keeping Children Engaged During Bus Rides<\/li>\n<li>Behavior Management &amp; Positive Reinforcement<\/li>\n<li>Setting Expectations &amp; Building Camp Culture<\/li>\n<li>Games Kids Love<\/li>\n<li>Summer Camp Martial Arts<\/li>\n<li>Team Building &amp; Leadership Development<\/li>\n<li>And much more<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Rooted in Active Learning Centers\u2019 mission and values, the Summer Camp Jam emphasizes more than logistics and supervision, it is designed to strengthen staff culture, promote leadership, and ensure campers experience a summer filled with movement, connection, character development, and unforgettable memories.<\/p>\n<p>At\u00a0<strong>2:30 p.m.<\/strong>, enrolled campers and their families will join the event for a special interactive portion of the day, where ALC staff members will lead many of the games and activities practiced during training.
