Diverse group of business leaders help raise awareness of and advocacy for\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>individuals with disabilities and their families <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

(MAY 2026\u2013 Allentown, Pennsylvania) – Easterseals Eastern Pennsylvania (ESEP), providing services to thousands of children and adults in a seven-county region that encompasses Berks, Carbon, Lehigh, Monroe, Northampton, Pike and Schuylkill Counties, is pleased to add six new members to its board of directors: Elizabeth Ackerman, Meghann Corsetti, Anthony Gaetaniello, Jonah Markle, Rebeca Ruvane, and Cara Winslow<\/strong>. Each will serve a three-year term.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are honored to welcome these exceptional individuals to our Board at such a meaningful moment in our history,\u201d says Mindy McCormick, President & CEO of Easterseals Eastern Pennsylvania. \u201cAs we look forward to our next 100 years of service, their insight, energy, and commitment to our community will help propel our mission forward\u2014ensuring we continue to expand opportunities and support for individuals with disabilities and their families for generations to come.\u201d<\/p>\n

Here is more information about each new board member:<\/p>\n

Elizabeth Ackerman
\n<\/strong> Elizabeth serves as Senior Vice President – Director HR Business Services at WSFS Bank. Having a family member with a disability, she wanted to join the board of an organization with a meaningful cause that aligns with her passion. She will bring more than a decade of HR experience to this role and will also be a member of the Strategic Planning Committee. Previously, Elizabeth held board positions with the Society of Human Resource Management, Lehigh Valley chapter.<\/p>\n

Meghann Corsetti
\n<\/strong> Meghann is a Senior HR Leader at Crayola, specializing in Organizational Design, Change Management, and Talent Development. She is excited to join the Easterseals Board and is passionate about supporting families and giving back to the community. Meghann also brings prior board experience and a strong commitment to mission\u2011driven impact.<\/p>\n

Anthony Gaetaniello
\n<\/strong>Anthony is a VP, Commercial Lender, at American Bank in the Lehigh Valley. After participating in the annual Mary Ellen Golf Tournament, he was committed to finding a way to get involved with the organization due to his support for\/belief in the organization\u2019s mission. As a result of this desire, Anthony joined the Board and also proudly serves as a committee member for the Mary Ellen Golf Tournament. He is driven by the belief that collective action can build stronger, more resilient communities, and is eager to contribute his energy and expertise to Easterseals.<\/p>\n

Jonah Markle
\n<\/strong>Jonah is an attorney in Barley Snyder\u2019s Trusts & Estates, Finance & Creditors\u2019 Rights and Business practice groups. His practice focuses on building strong relationships with clients and gaining a clear understanding of their long\u2011term goals. He is pleased to help advance Easterseals\u2019 mission and expand access to services that empower children with disabilities to thrive in the Reading area and beyond.<\/p>\n

Rebecca Ruvane
\n<\/strong>Rebecca is Senior Program Analyst at Bethlehem-based Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists. Through her previous volunteer experiences with Best Buddies and the Special Olympics, she\u2019s built meaningful relationships and witnessed firsthand the impact of<\/p>\n

tailored programs and community supports. Working in the public health sector, she will bring her programmatic expertise and familiarity with federal and state funding opportunities to Easterseals.<\/p>\n

Cara Winslow
\n<\/strong>Cara serves as the Human Resources Director at SR Packaging, bringing more than 20 years of industry experience. Having a daughter born with a congenital birth defect and living with disabilities, she recognizes the value organizations like Easterseals bring in ensuring long term success for those living with disabilities, as well as their families.<\/p>\n

Easterseals also welcomes the following new committee members: Government Relations Committee – Jen Ebersole<\/strong>, Government Relations and Advocacy Manager, East Penn Manufacturing Company; and Catherine Johns<\/strong>, Parent and Founder of Lehigh Valley Autism Guide, Administrative Partner, Lehigh Valley Health Network, part of Jefferson Health. Strategic Planning Committee – Allejandra Berry<\/strong>, Community Impact Senior Staff Specialist, United Way Berks County; and Keishla Miele<\/strong>, Universal Branch Manager, Members 1st Credit Union.<\/p>\n
