As my team and I continue our canvassing for my Write-In Campaign for Mayor of Alburtis , there are a few issues that need to be clarified.<\/span><\/p>\n

Since 2013, it has been my honor and pleasure to serve all of the residents, Democrat s, Republicans, Independent s, and all other individuals within our Borough. I will remain impartial and unbiased as I continue to serve our residents.<\/span><\/p>\n

I am not a social media person who posts every single action or event that I have attended or volunteered at. I don ‘t feel that I need a spotlight on doing my job as your elected Mayor.<\/span><\/p>\n

Simply put, I am here to serve every tax-paying resident. There is a definite misconception as to what precisely a\u00a0<\/span>Mayor can and cannot do for their constituents. Let me list a few of my favorite duties:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. My highest priority has been given to maintaining quality of life issues for the residents of our Borough<\/li>\n
  2. Penning letters of support for obtaining grants<\/li>\n
  3. Volunteering and donating to events within the Borough<\/li>\n
  4. Thoroughly research issues that are brought to my attention<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Through it all, I am not here for personal gains, photo opportunities, or any notoriety. As Mayor, I am here to ensure that everyday quality of life issues are maintained.<\/span><\/p>\n

    After all, that is what we all pay taxes and utility bills for.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Residents need to know that most <\/u><\/strong><\/em>social events <\/u><\/em><\/strong>planned and held within the Borough<\/u><\/em><\/strong> ar<\/em>e <\/em>organized through the <\/em>Alburtis Area Community Center<\/em><\/strong>, <\/em><\/strong>not affiliated with the <\/em><\/strong>Borough <\/em><\/strong>of Alburtis. <\/em><\/strong>They do social <\/em>events <\/em>and are under the direction <\/em>of <\/em>board members, and\u00a0<\/em><\/span>coordinator.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The <\/em><\/strong>Borough, <\/em><\/strong>through the Council and <\/em><\/strong>the <\/em><\/strong>Mayor, is the governing <\/em><\/strong>branch<\/em><\/strong>. <\/em><\/strong>Although the social <\/em>events are <\/em>fantastic and <\/em>entertaining\/or <\/em>residents, they would not happen without the <\/em>essential <\/em>services provided by the maintenance department <\/em>, <\/em>which keeps <\/em>our water <\/em>running<\/em>, <\/em>sewerage <\/em>system functioning, pumps and wells<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

    operational , and maintains our roads. Or the support of the police department for everyone’s safety , office staff to address phone calls, and advise residents with questions they may have.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Residents must be made aware events.of\u00a0 the difference between running the Borough business and planning social events.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

    Before you vote on November 4, 2025, please do your research and be well-informed. 1amalways here to answer your questions and be a listening ear.<\/span><\/p>\n
