BETHLEHEM, Pennsylvania _ Iconic Real Estate LLC, a family-owned real estate firm in the city, has purchased 523 Main Street and plans to convert the building into nine luxury apartments and three retail shops. The building had been White Swan florists years ago and most recently was Domaci and Designer Consigner.<\/p>\n
The new owners hope to complete renovations and open the apartments by the fall. \u00a0They have not announced the new tenants, but two will be new retailers to Downtown Bethlehem.<\/p>\n
The purchase price for the more than 12,000-square foot property in the heart of Downtown was not disclosed.<\/p>\n
Lucy H. Lennon of Morganelli Properties in Bethlehem represented the buyers. Funding was provided by Neil Hockenberry and Mark Jobes of Fidelity Bank in Bethlehem. Closing\u00a0and title services were provided by Lighthouse Abstract LTD in Allentown.<\/p>\n
