On arrival at 15:44, the incident commander had fire showing from three, three story dwellings. The incident commander requested a recall of off duty firefighters and mutual aid to respond and assist in fighting the fire. This fire reached multiple alarms and was placed under control at 20:04 hours.<\/p>\n<p>This row of homes was built in 1900 and there were no fire walls between these properties. These homes shared a common wall of wood frame construction with plaster and lathe or drywall, allowing the fire to advance rapidly.<\/p>\n<p>These properties were damaged:<\/p>\n<p>909, 911, 913, 915, 917, 919, 921, 923, 923 \u00bd, 925, 927, 929, 931, 933 and 935 Ferry Street.
