The City of Allentown Department of Parks and Recreation 2021-2022 Youth Basketball League registration is open now through Tuesday, November 22.<\/p>\n
The City of Allentown Department of Parks and Recreation Youth Basketball League is open to both boys and girls in three (3) age divisions:<\/p>\n
Minor (9-10yr old)<\/p>\n
Cadet (11-12yr old)<\/p>\n
Junior (13-15yr old)<\/p>\n
Team registration fees are all-encompassing. There are no per game referee or playoff fees. Registration fee varies from $200.00 to $450.00 based upon a team\u2019s location.<\/p>\n
Interested individual participants not currently part of a team may contact the Recreation Office for more information about joining local youth organizations that sponsor basketball teams.<\/p>\n
All games are scheduled by the Department of Parks and Recreation and are played at Allentown School District middle schools. Teams will play a 10-game schedule with games played on weeknights and Saturdays. League games will begin on Tuesday, December 7.<\/p>\n
