COMMUNITY BIKE WORKS, Allentown needs instructors for their Earn-a-Bike program at their East Side facility. This program teaches students (ages 9-17) basic bike mechanics and safety over a 12-week course. It is a 6-8pm commitment one night a week. No mechanical experience necessary. Mentors aid students as they fix their bike and learn communication and teamwork skills. Upon course completion, students earn their refurbished bike and a new helmet.
