UBMe brings new technology to help Lehigh Valley businesses start their own hyperlocal campaigns

Local business owners can now interact directly with customers who are inside their business

BETHLEHEM, Penn. September 26th, 2018/UBMe/ — The creators of the UBMe app have launched a new initiative – to help local Lehigh Valley businesses start their own hyperlocal campaigns. Based out of the Pi building in southside Bethlehem, UBMe is officially welcoming Lehigh Valley business owners onto their platform, offering lifetime-reduced pricing and a
one-month free trial to businesses who sign up by October 31st. The UBMe business portal allows business owners to easily reach people within 15 miles of their business and interact with customers inside their business in real time. These hyperlocal campaigns are a part of UBMe’s overall goal to help local communities become more social and to help local businesses better engage with their customers.

The UBMe app allows users to chat with each other, but only if they are at the same location. Unlike traditional social media apps where you only communicate with your followers, UBMe broadcasts all events, posts, and deals to users within a 15-mile radius. This encourages community engagement, and gives business owners the ability to engage their customers in a way not previously possible. As people check in and chat in a business’s live chat, business owners get an insight into the atmosphere surrounding their establishment including specific concerns by individual customers.

“There are endless social platforms that help you connect online, but ours is the only platform that helps you connect in the real world”, said founder Val Arzunian of the new technology. “By being connected to customers in real time, small businesses can reach the right audience at the right time.”
