Lehigh Valley, Pa — Furnished with all the needed approvals from the Lower Macungie Township Board of Commissioners, the Ciocca Dealerships is ready to break ground on the Lehigh Valley’s newest Audi Dealership facility.
The state-of-the-art building will be constructed on the former Eastern Industries property adjacent to Ciocca Subaru, where the temporary facility for Ciocca Audi is now located. The main entrance to the Audi facility will be on Schantz Road but it will also be accessible from Hamilton Boulevard.
The building design promises a sleek, modern structure of approximately 38,000 square feet that will incorporate showroom, sales, finance, parts and service under one roof. Customer amenities include a fully-enclosed and environmentally controlled three-lane service drive, an upscale customer lounge and cafe space on the first floor and a second-floor, balcony-view lounge area.
Lower Macungie Commissioners on Sept. 21 unanimously approved the Ciocca Properties Final Land Development Plan for Audi Allentown to clear the way for the construction of the new Ciocca Audi facility.
The project will be handled by Boyle Construction, Inc. of Allentown. Permit applications were submitted Sept. 22 and construction is anticipated to start as soon as they are issued.
This facility will better serve the needs of the Audi customer and will provide for a better experience for both employees and customers.
