Development Director, Full-Time

Civic Theatre of Allentown seeks a seasoned, focused, and highly professional full-time Development Director, responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies that meet operational, program, and capital campaign objectives for the organization.

The ideal candidate will have direct fundraising experience, excellent grant writing and interpersonal skills, ability to effectively multi-task, and be self-motivated and eager to take initiative.  Familiarity with the Lehigh Valley philanthropic community is a must.

Civic Theatre’s Development Director is a full-time, salaried position with health benefits.  Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and other non-profit specific qualifications.
