Lehigh Valley Fantasy Fiction Author Plans Second Book Launch Signing Saturday, November 12
ALLENTOWN, PA (IMMEDIATE RELEASE) — “The Emerald Gates of Eliantar” is the second in a series of 10 books launching Saturday, Nov. 12. from 3-7 p.m. at the The Hamilton Kitchen, 645 West Hamilton St, Allentown.
Fantasy fiction Author Gary Gaughler will be present for a book signing. Emerald Gates follows the successful “The Woodland Tombs of Eliantar,” launched in 2015.
Eliantar is a feudal world filled with a mythical past, fantastical creatures, towering castles and majestic mountains where the humans (the Elites) are gay as a means of population control. It is a paradise ruled by a king and Gods who endow special powers upon the Elites, with some using them for evil instead of good.
Emerald Gates picks up where Woodland Tombs leaves off with the huntsman, Ara Tataman, successfully stopping the necromancer witch and her horde of zombies. However, a greater threat has emerged in the form of Skarsend, the god of chaos and destruction, who has plunged Eliantar into darkness. Ara must rescue King Vale who was captured by Skarsend when he conquered Eliantar, and has been keeping him in the castle’s dungeon.
On a quest through the darkest forests to rescue Vale’s brother for help, the two quickly discover that Skarsend may not be the only malevolent force in the world. A visit from an old enemy warns that their true destiny and ultimate demise lie beyond The Emerald Gates.
