VYC TIRES,INC, LEASES 61,157 SF ON SNOWDRIFT RD IN ALLENTOWN
Markward Group of Allentown, recently leased 61,157 SF of space at 7072 Snowdrift Rd, to VYC Tires, Inc., more commonly known as bestusedtires.com – “America’s Largest Used Tire Store”.
For over 10 years the Allentown-based, family-owned company has been providing the continental United States with quality used tires. Their mission is to offer an eco-friendly cost efficient alternative to new tires that fit the needs of the consumer. All of the used tires undergo an initial inspection when received and then another inspection when ordered. The tires are then stored in climate controlled warehouses to ensure they are protected from weathering and to prevent damage until they are ordered.
Ethan Medgie, of Markward Group, represented the tenant, while the landlord, DCT Industrial Trust, out of Maryland, represented itself.
