Joanne Jackson from Center Valley received the Lifetime Achievement Award, created in memory of former State Representative Jack Pressman at the Lehigh County Democratic Committee’s Annual Awards Dinner at the Palace Center in Allentown.
Jackson is a former two terms school board director for the Allentown School District and was a long time special education educator. Joanne is well known as a passionate and committed Democrat. She grew up in a Democratic Family. Her uncle was a two time Mayor of Allentown, her father was a district magistrate and committeeman, and her mother a state committee woman and president of the Lehigh Valley Democratic Women’s Club. https://www.facebook.com/jacksonforstaterep/
