Thursday night, we had the opportunity to attend Media Night at Coca-Cola Park for their Newest Event: Illumination.
My friend Kim & I toured throughout the Park, talked to people, bumped into friends and made some new friends as well!
Illumination, opens Friday November 15th and runs through January 3, 2025. Check out https://illuminationlv.com/events/ for dates and activities.
The evening started off with Kurt Landis talking about how this idea came about, and Santa doing a countdown to Lighting the Grand Tree!
Turning left we walked through the Festival of Trees on the concourse which brought an instant smile to our faces of how each one was decorated. Some were simple with just lights, while others we’re decorated with Squishmallows, Coca-Cola ornaments, dog & cat photos and more!
There are many sELFie stations throughout the concourse, and on the field, There is a special section for photos with Santa, as well as Elsa’s Ice Castle where you can get pictures with Elsa.
Look for Ferrous & FiFi too!
Lots of warming areas, including fire pits throughout the park. Heated Igloos can be found near home plate on the field.
There’s a special area on the concourse behind home plate: Letters to Santa & Coloring Area, where kids can write letters to Santa and participate in coloring activities.
You will want to pick up a Scavenger Hunt card at the team store, find all the items and return the card to win a prize.
Other items of interest:
Santa’s Polar Express (train rides for kids).
Holiday Marketplace
Bites & Warm Delights
Ice Carvings
New & Expanded Majestic Store
There is so much to see, I recommend taking your time and looking at everything, do several laps, enjoy your evening out, grab a cup of hot chocolate, dress warm, and make some memories!
