Bethlehem, PA – October 23, 2024 – For over 85 years, the Boyd Theatre was the center of entertainment in Bethlehem, opening in 1921 to showcase vaudeville acts and silent films. Today, this iconic landmark is reborn as Dream Boyd Theatre, where the spirit of its rich history is preserved in a thriving community designed to help residents live fully.

The grand opening and ribbon cutting of Dream Boyd Theatre Apartments is set for Wednesday, October 30, 2024, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at 30 W Broad Street, Bethlehem, PA. The public is invited to attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony, explore the new apartments, and join in celebrating this exciting milestone for the community.

Mayor J. William Reynolds expressed his enthusiasm for the project, stating, “It’s wonderful to welcome new residents to Downtown Bethlehem, adding to the vibrancy of our City while supporting all the small businesses in walking and biking distance to the Dream Boyd Apartments.”
