ArtsQuest President & CEO, Kassie Hilgert, Awarded the ATHENA Leadership Award

Bethlehem, PA, August 9, 2023 – ArtsQuest and its Board of Trustees is proud to announce that its President and CEO, Kassie Hilgert, has been awarded the ATHENA Leadership Award from the Women’s Business Council (WBC) of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce.

“This year, the Women’s Business Council ATHENA committee reviewed many incredible nominations,” stated Tina Hasselbusch, owner of Social T Marketing & PR and ATHENA event chair. “Kassie rose to the top because of her outstanding and far-reaching leadership, dedication to elevating others, particularly women, and the positive difference she has made in our community.”

The prestigious ATHENA Award, presented annually by the Chamber since 1981, actively shares ATHENA International’s mission to support, develop and honor women leaders, inspire women to achieve their full potential, and create balance in leadership worldwide. The award ceremony will take place in October 2023.

Kassie Hilgert has been with ArtsQuest since 2008 and following a nationwide search was unanimously chosen by ArtsQuest’s Board of Trustees as President and CEO in July of 2014. ArtsQuest and its Board of Trustees are extremely proud of Kassie, her leadership and this amazing accomplishment!
