Allentown City Council Meeting Schedule
The following City Council meetings are canceled and will be rescheduled:
December 14— Budget and Finance, Parks and Recreation
December 21— Council Meeting, Public Works Meeting (canceled due to lack of business)
A Special Council Meeting has been scheduled to fill a Council Vacancy. The procedures for the interviews will be posted on the city agenda website, along with the resumes of all applicants. If Council reaches agreement on a candidate and a selection is made, the new councilperson will be sworn in that evening.
December 19 at 5:30 PM— Special Meeting to fill Council Vacancy
The next Council meeting will be held on January 4 at 6:30 PM and will include reorganization and the election of 2023 Council President and Vice President.
