NAI Summit’s Mike Adams and Sarah Finney-Miller recently represented the tenant in the multi-year lease transaction for 80,000 SF at 600 Brighton Street in Fountain Hill, PA. The tenant, Yellow Supply, founded in 2009, distributes and sells HVACR, plumbing, electrical equipment and supplies to dealers and commercial accounts. This location will serve as their third operation in the US and will serve their customer base throughout the entire east coast.
NAI Summit’s agents worked hard to secure Yellow Supply with a space that met their needs in less than 30 days. By conducting virtual walk-throughs with client, vetting multiple RFPs and thorough follow ups, Yellow Supply was able to meet their tight deadline to secure an East Coast location that had been previously delayed due to Covid travel restrictions.
